The Brief

To design a tin can label for Harry Ramsden's chip shop style mushy and marrowfat peas, fit for the shelves of UK supermarkets and worldwide.

The Creative

This design brings a nostalgic, vintage vibe to a British classic, inspired by the timeless charm of Campbell’s Soup cans. The bold red background, ornate typography and classic layout gives it that old-school grocery feel that is hearty, familiar and straight out of a proper chip shop. It celebrates a British classic whilst reflecting the legacy of Harry Ramsden’s and its history dating back to 1928.

The vintage design is different to other brands and therefore stands out on the shelf.
