The Creative

The new menu design for Fulton at Fairmont Austin brings a fresh, elegant touch to the restaurant’s drinks, lunch, and lounge offerings. The deep navy and gold colour palette not only exudes luxury but also perfectly matches the restaurant’s existing colour scheme and the soft blue lights that surround the central live oak tree. With sleek typography and subtle Art Deco details, the design strikes a balance between modern sophistication and timeless charm. The clean, easy-to-navigate layout ensures every selection feels like part of a carefully curated experience — just like the dining itself.
