The Brief
Refresh an identity design for Santen's 'Presidents' Club', an eye healthcare brand employee rewards and incentive programme where employees get taken on a corporate event to a luxury holiday destination. The client wanted to keep the previous circular design and gold and black colours with the opportunity to simplify, improve the logo and refresh the design.
The Creative
Due to the luxurious travel destinations offered as part of the delegate experience, the incentive programme registration website and app design has been inspired and styled similarly to the luxurious and high-end travel companies such as Condé Nast Traveller that showcases beautiful, colourful destination photography with areal shots of topaz waters makes an inviting and sophisticated look.
Following the gold and black theme from the previous design, the logo is simplified the logo with fewer circles. The structure of the logo shows 7 circles, which has been influenced by the 7 main areas of the anatomy of an eye. This idea is a nod to Santen and its eye healthcare industry.
The mix of serif and sans serif fonts also creates a stylish and affluent feel, with the additional gold foil texture for elevated luxury.
